I will post more as they come in. Thank you so much to my clients and students, and friends for being so supportive. You have all been the greatest teachers.

I take all my dogs to Amanda's classes. She has helped me with everything from working with my highly reactive dog to doing scent work and rally with my Beagle. I trust her knowledge on anything dog related and would recommend her to anyone looking to take classes with their dog or get advice. She has helped me immensely and it is incredibly fun to spend time in her classes.

Amanda has helped me with three GSDs.   She is up to date with the best training methods and provides encouragement and support 110% … for this I am so thankful

Amanda is an excellent trainer. She does a wonderful job communicating training techniques and is very patient with both dogs and humans. She has a kind and thoughtful way of helping dogs with their most challenging behaviours and gives their humans hope that they can make it all work. She is an excellent resource for clicker training, too. I already recommend her to anyone that asks about local dog trainers. She is awesome!

I have known Amanda for over 6 years. My dog & I have taken classes from basic to rally obedience, as well as taking individual training sessions to deal with some of my dog’s particular issues. Amanda is patient, clear, and consistent with the dogs, and they respond to her immediately. My dog loves Amanda, even though Amanda expects her to behave. I also appreciate the way Amanda trains us as dog parents. She insists that we are consistent, and that we practice what we and our dogs are learning to reinforce positive behaviours. I highly recommend Amanda as a positive and effective trainer.  -Constance & Paisley

Amanda understands that "one size fits all" does not apply to dog training and she customizes the teaching methods used for the learning style and behavior of each dog.  I have attended her group classes with a few different dogs including a very shy and scared dog and also a very outgoing and confident dog and, because Amanda can identify the learning style best suited to each dog, they have all thrived in both household and competition obedience.  Amanda is understanding of my competition goals and encourages me to meet and even exceed those goals.  She has offered advice to me on my training and, even when I think I know best, she is usually right!!!  Amanda is always encouraging and supportive and I would recommend her to anyone looking for any level of dog training. - Vicky and Claire & Baron

I am currently fostering Sully, a 170 pound Newfoundland who isn't always a perfect gentleman when meeting new dogs. When I saw that Amanda was running a "Reactive dog class", I knew I needed to sign up. Having experienced Sully dragging me down the driveway attempting to get to a loose dog, and having him almost eat my energetic lab cross, I knew that it would be irresponsible of me to own a jumbo sized dog that I could not control and that could potentially harm another dog.

Sully has done amazing since completing the class. I have brought him around several dogs, big and small, and haven't had any issues. I now know the signs to look for, I know how to get his attention, and I am not afraid to tell people with dogs that "no, your dog cannot come meet my dog". This is something Sully and I will have to work on for the rest of his life. Having a reactive dog is not something you go to class for 5 weeks and they are "cured". Amanda has taught both Sully and I what we need to do to make him happy, and be able to enjoy our walks. Amanda definitely ROCKS! - Amy and Sully
